Parents,
If you decide to have a private hotel room, the additional charge will be $55/night.

PUERTO RICO:
The next information session will be this Friday at 8:00 a.m. (just before Fall Festival) in my Spanish classroom for parents who could not be present at today's meeting. Mr. Murphy and Dr. Bianco are thrilled that we can offer this amazing opportunity to your child at this early stage in their Spanish education.
YOU CAN USE FREQUENT FLYER MILES!!

Ms. Díaz Leroy and I are thrill to be able to share our home island with our 4th grade students (and you, of course). The information session is scheduled for Monday (October 24th) at 2:45 in my classroom. Parking at that time may be a bit challenging, be careful. Below you will find the flyer I sent home, just click on it, and you can download it if you need to (I hope it works). If you can not attend the meeting know that I am in the process of downloading and making available all the forms that will be needed for those attending the trip. Remember the deadline for signing up is only a month away (NOVEMBER 18TH) . I hope that many of you will take this opportunity to travel with your child to a Spanish-speaking country where magical moments await us all.

Vamonos Tours (www.vamonostours.com) was the company chosen due to their experience with NAIS member schools, and their understanding of 10 year old students as participants. The itinerary is still in the design stages; to be finalize once a final count of participants is received. We will have several information sessions as the year progresses which will answer all your questions. In the meantime you can email me with questions you may have prior to the meeting on Monday.
Sincerely,
Bethsabé Bockman-Pedersen
